Hotel banquet assistant manager
Job Task
1. Oversee all catering sales, targeted towards existing and new corporate and social markets.
2. Coordinates food service between kitchen and banquet service staff.
3. Reviews table diagrams, guest tables and other function room set-up needs for special functions.
4. Conducts daily line-up (when the banquet manager is not available) to ensure smooth, efficient service; assigns server stations and coordinates the timing of courses.

Fluent in English and Korean
Experience in Hospitality industry preferred
